Jacqueline Summers is the Managing Director of Health TIE, an Alaskan healthcare hub. Health TIE advances healthcare systems by connecting service providers and organizations with entrepreneurs and startups and facilitating Alaskan-based pilot projects. Jacqueline hosts bi-monthly Open Innovation calls, live/online events, and connects nationally and internationally with other healthcare organizations.

Jacqueline has worked in program operations and business development for over 20 years. Her consulting business, Paxaro Solutions, provides business strategy and operational services and is also a Program Specialist with the University of Alaska Anchorage Business Enterprise Institute.As an advocate for small business, Jacqueline is active in the Alaskan Entrepreneurial ecosystem and has been a part of organizing operational sprints, Techstars Startup Weekends, and Alaskan Startup Weeks to catalyze and support startups for the last five years. In 2018 and 2019 she was the Global Entrepreneurship Network Startup Week Alaskan representative.

Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master of Adult Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage. By far Jacqueline's proudest accomplishment is being the mother of two inspirational children: her son, Shay and daughter, Malin.
