In today’s competitive business environment that companies must innovate to stay ahead, corporate decision makers need to think outside the box and seek out fresh ideas from within the company and externally. Startups could be an excellent source of such innovation which the solution could often be tailored to the corporate’s needs. However, startups operate with limited resources so understanding the startups’ needs and constraints could go a long way in making the partnership successful.
